More than meets the eye: The "invisible" power of art

Middle school is a time of incredible discovery. It’s when young people begin to form their own identities and look at the world through a more critical, curious lens. At AWE, we see this stage of life as a unique window of opportunity—a time when the arts can act as a bridge to greater self-confidence.

While school schedules often become more focused on core academics during these years, the desire to create remains just as strong. That’s why we launched our Middle School Art Club: to provide a welcoming space where exploration has no limits and every student feels seen.
